How a judgement is produced

Five steps, and a person's name on the last one.

The first four run on a schedule without us in the room. The fifth does not — a ruling that nobody signed is an observation, and we do not sell those.

How an engagement runs

It starts with a paid diagnostic. There is no free one.

A free assessment produces a proposal. A paid one produces a document you own — the written standard your agents will be judged against, signed by a person on your side and a person on ours. Everything after that is measured against it.

Inside an engagement

Being under judgement is a thing you can look at.

Once the standard is signed, the work stops being a conversation and becomes a record you can open on any given morning. This is the shape of it — what is standing, what is waiting on a signature, and what has already been ruled on.

Why us

You will not find a client logo on this page.

That is deliberate, and in this trade it is the point. An inspector who advertises the names of the parties it judges has told you something about its independence. We are asked to judge systems our clients paid other people to build. That work is only worth buying if we are willing to fail it.
